Coaching

Intake Session:
15 minutes- FREE
Per Session: $150 per hour
Packages:
Basic packages: $300 - $800 for 4-6 sessions. Intermediate packages: $800 - $2000 for 8-12 sessions.
Comprehensive packages: $2000+ for extensive programs that may include ongoing support and additional resources.
Group Coaching: Per session: $150 per person. Packages: $200 - $600 for a series of group sessions.

Payment Options and Benefits

At this time, we are only accepting self-pay clients. We also accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s), Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s), credit cards, and debit cards. A sliding scale, based on family income and other information, is available and is determined on a case by case basis.

Individual Therapy

Before Therapy

Other Tips

  • What If I Don’t Like My Therapist?: It’s okay to seek a different therapist if you do not vibe with your therapist. 
  • Make An Appointment Online: Use online scheduling for convenience.
